IDiA Cluster organised their third inspirational event in online format on 11 November 2022

The event, organised by Cluster IDiA, aimed to present the DIGITOUR project to tourism SMEs and service provider companies that have clients that are tourism SMEs to make them aware of the DIGITOUR Voucher 2 call and encourage them to apply or to register as DIGITOUR digital solution providers if applicable.

Guillermo Pardo, digitalisation technician of Cluster IDiA, introduced the session to the attendees. Álvaro Lombardo, Project Manager of Cluster IDiA, explained the application process as a tourism SME applicant and the different documentation that must be completed to successfully submit their application. He also explained the subsequent process to be selected as SME and the benefits it can bring to companies. Finally, Álvaro Lombardo described to the potential digital solution providers how they could register for the project and the different technological solutions they could offer to the awarded tourism SMEs in order to invest the funds in them.

To conclude, a discussion and Q&A session was held. The meeting was attended by 30 participants with potential interest in registering as suppliers.
