TSAC and IDiA Cluster organised an informative event in online format on 21 March 2023

The event, organised by TSAC and Cluster IDiA, aimed to present the DIGITOUR project to tourism SMEs and service provider companies that have clients that are tourism SMEs to make them aware of the DIGITOUR Voucher 1 call and encourage them to apply. Voucher 1 is gives to SMEs the opportunity to apply for funding to improve their digital skills and the digitalisation’s maturity level through training and individual advisory services. 

Álvaro Lombardo, Project Manager of Cluster IDiA, and Daniel Serón (Project Manager from TSAC) explained the application process as a tourism SME applicant and the different documentation that must be completed to successfully submit their application. They also explained the subsequent process of being selected as SME and the benefits it can bring to companies.
