The objectives of the project are:
1. give a strong boost to our activities, especially online, first of all by rebuilding our sites in order to make them more usable by users, inserting links to channel managers and the booking engine
2. being more connected with the whole world of social networks where clients seem to be increasingly addressed in terms of the choice and type of holiday.
3. becoming, also through a marketing and positioning campaign, more present within our markets favoring incoming and outgoing for both countries of reference (in this case Germany and Italy) but also to be ready to intercept requests from other EU countries and overseas
4. update all our management systems, from online payment to administration up to clients management
Greater visibility and a more direct and simple use of reservations will lead to a significant increase in requests and arrivals in both countries. By also entering the market for groups and corporate travel as well as congresses for example, we can place destinations that are not always reachable by normal marketing channels to attract the attention of a large number of clients. A conscious development of resources and programs could increase business volumes by 30%/40% directly for our companies but also indirectly for the areas that will be affected.
