Lets innovate tourism through gastronomy. 3 hotels of the Valle de Hecho have been united to bring a new tourist product for gastronomy and trekking lovers.
Attract more clients through a new product. The product is for gastronomy and mountain lovers that want to have an experience when they visit the Valley. The experience is being made by uniting technology, nature and food.
“Rutas a Bocados” is a new way of tourism. 3 hotels in the same valley will digitalice trekking routes from the food that their clients eat. Client will eat in the restaurant and a Qr code will print with the ticket. That Qr code will link to a webapp that contains trekking routes to show the environment. Example: Migas Aragonesas, a typical plate from the area. When a client eats it, the route that will be created will bring the client to a typical “Borda”, a house where farmers used to eat that food.
There is a new business model to try to attract clients in low season tourism.
