The project consists of the creation of a web page in which the members of the project interrelate so that they jointly create integrated teleworking travel packages that they can offer to technology companies. Teleworking travel packages will always be offered including accommodation for attendees as well as a work and meeting area with internet connection attached to the accommodation. The establishments will offer activities during the week or in the low tourist season that coincides with the high work season. In this way, the accommodations manage to cover their low seasons at the same time that they open up to a new sector that is not strictly touristic since the attendees do not go on vacation but in a work format. In addition, these packages will usually be purchased by companies, not by individuals, so it also opens a new path of commercial relationship for establishments. The 3 partner accommodations of the project will insert the coworking and coliving offer offered by each of them on the website, as well as the available dates. The travel agency will add transport to the accommodation as well as complementary activities in the area or on the way to it. The agency can also add guidance or accompaniment services during the trip as well as any other service it considers. In this way, the packages that will be approved by all the participating entities within the web platform will be configured. At that time the package will be visible on the web and the travel agency will carry out promotional tasks in the different technology companies it considers.
The project has several key objectives that drive its implementation and guide its success: Facilitate Integrated Teleworking: The primary objective is to create a platform where accommodations, travel agencies, and technology companies collaborate to offer integrated teleworking packages. Enhanced business relationships: Establishments can establish long-term commercial relationships with technology companies, as these packages are typically purchased by companies rather than individuals. This fosters ongoing partnerships and repeat business. Value-added services: The inclusion of coworking spaces, meeting areas, and reliable internet connection in the packages caters to the specific needs of teleworking professionals. This adds value and convenience for the customers, increasing their satisfaction.
